Metito and Berlinwasser formed BCH to invest in water and wastewater projects in China, with 51% shareholding by Metito.

2007

Revised its corporate structure to reflect diversification strategy and created MUL (incorporated in Guernsey). IFC acquired a minority stake in the Group through capital increase.

Metito commissioned the first ever Public-Private Partnership wastewater treatment plant in MENA, Dubai Investment Park, UAE.

Expanded into the concessions business and pioneers concession contracts with private entities in the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.
